Right Hub strengthens its presence in Japan through new meetings and strategic opportunities in sport and sustainable management
Right Hub has recently completed its second important business trip to Japan, further strengthening relationships and opening new opportunities with leading organizations in the sports, motorsport, industrial and financial sectors.
Over the course of the trip, the company met with several Japanese stakeholders interested in Right Hub’s know-how and consolidated experience in sustainable management, ESG strategies and ISO 20121 certification pathways.
The first days included a new meeting with Honda MobilityLand at Suzuka Circuit for a mutual update on ongoing activities and future perspectives, as well as visits to Nikken Manufacturing — Right Hub’s first client in Japan — and Suzuken Kogyo, a leading company active in demolition, waste management and logistics connected to waste handling, including projects related to the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
The trip also provided the opportunity to meet DeNA, one of Japan’s most important internet and entertainment companies and owner of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars baseball team, Kawasaki Brave Thunders basketball team and SC Sagamihara football club. Discussions focused on the development of the Kawasaki area of Tokyo, including urban regeneration initiatives and the construction of a new arena designed to benefit the local community.
Additional meetings involved Tokyo Verdy, J1 football club, to review the activities developed during 2025 and discuss future cooperation for 2026, as well as a first exchange with the Japan Rugby Football Union.
During the trip, Right Hub also had the opportunity to share its vision on the evolution from sustainability to business resilience in the sports industry with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), one of Japan’s leading financial institutions. The delegation also met TÜV SÜD Japan to explore potential collaborations related to certification services and new market opportunities.
Institutional networking activities included a meeting with Gianpaolo Bruno, Head of the Trade Promotion Section at the Embassy of Italy in Japan – ITA Italian Trade Agency, who expressed strong interest in supporting Right Hub’s networking activities and the development of future business opportunities in Japan.
The visit continued with a meeting at the headquarters of Yokohama F. Marinos, one of Japan’s leading J1 football clubs, to present Right Hub’s consolidated ISO 20121 experience within the football sector.
One of the most significant moments of the trip was the exclusive dinner organized in Tokyo with Masahiko Kondo — award-winning singer, actor and professional racing driver, currently Chairman of Japan Race Promotion (JRP) and owner of Kondo Racing Team, competing in both Super Formula and Super GT championships.
The dinner was attended by Yoshihisa Ueno (President of JRP), Dr. Shunji Asamoto — neurosurgeon, member of Green Sports Alliance Japan and author focused on sustainable healthcare innovation — and Haruki Sawada, Executive Director of Green Sports Alliance Japan and Right Hub Advisor. The gathering created an important opportunity to discuss the strategic evolution of Super Formula and its commitment to sustainable management.
The trip concluded with a visit to Mobility Resort Motegi, the third major Japanese circuit visited by Right Hub after Suzuka Circuit and Fuji Speedway. Built by Honda in 1997 and located in Tochigi Prefecture, the venue hosts MotoGP, Super GT and Super Formula races and includes the Honda Collection Hall museum. Surrounded by nature, the circuit represents a model that combines motorsport, entertainment and environmental integration.
Through this new experience in Japan, Right Hub further consolidates its international positioning in the fields of sustainable event management, ESG strategy and sport sustainability, strengthening relationships with organizations increasingly interested in combining innovation, resilience and positive social impact.
