The collection of good practices in Italy
The “protagonist” of the productive conversion detected by our collection of good practices in Italy, as can be seen from the graph below, is the mask* (50.9% of the total), followed by surgical masks (9.2%), disinfectant solutions (6.9%), face shields (5,8%), Charlotte valves (5,2%), surgical gowns (3,5%) and other products, Personal Protective Equipment and Medical Devices in % always less.

An example: among the good practices that we collected is also the project "We Care" realized by RadiciGroup thanks to its division specialized in the production of non-woven fabric. The project, an expression of Bergamo’s flexibility and ability to respond to the most complex challenges, aims to create gowns, headgear and footwear to protect doctors, nurses and healthcare staff in the daily battles against coronavirus. In addition, RadiciGroup has been the protagonist of the chain for the production of "molamia"masks carried out as part of the project coordinated by Confindustria Bergamo with Maglificio Santini and Plastik which led to the approval of the product by the Politecnico di Milano.
The product sector in Italy most involved in this production conversion is that of fashion and clothing with 49 good practices (32.2% of the total) reported by us, followed by 24 cases in the manufacturing sector (15.8%), 14 in the graphics and 3D printing sector (9.2%), 9 in the sector specialized in the production of fashion accessories (5.9%) and 7 respectively in the automotive, beverage and mechanical - engineering sector (4.6%).
