The international autodrome of Imola certified ISO 20121

14 January 2022 – The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari obtains ISO 20121 certification

We are very happy and honored to have supported Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari - Formula Imola S.p.A. in the design and implementation of the sustainable management system according to the international standard ISO 20121 (Sustainable Events Management) and the related certification issued by TÜV NORD Italia . What a great result!

To date Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari - Formula Imola S.p.A. is the third circuit in the world to have obtained that certification just after MUGELLO CIRCUIT S.P.A. (2020) and Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (2021). Top sustainability performers!

The ISO 20121 standard implies not only the environmental impact of the events hosted by the circuit (all even those not of a motorsport nature), but also the social and economic impact, in a holistic vision of sustainability.

In addition, the ISO 20121 is fully in line with the sustainability strategies of FIA - Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile and FIM - Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme, covering more than the environmental commitment of the federations, and it allows for example to obtain with a fast track the accreditation FIA 3 STARS at the FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme.
