Carbon footprint calculation

Measurement of the carbon footprint of the streaming event “Dire, Fare, Sostenibile”, coordinated by the activists of Fridays for Future, compared to the “in-presence” mode which is more impactful.

“Stop mozziconi a terra”

Design and implementation of an ad-hoc campaign against cigarette butts abandonment with the free distribution of pocket butts holders to spectators, during the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit.

Hand hygiene - CWS-BOCO

Design and organization of ad-hoc campaign for Cws-Boco to sensitize spectators on proper hand hygiene with the placement of some dispensers of hygienizing gel.

Improvement of waste sorting

Design and implementation of the business plan to improve the quantity and quality of the waste sorting, as well as to reduce the waste itself, during the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit.

SKY - Ocean rescue

Design and organization of a first ad-hoc campaign to spread SKY’s initiative “Ocean Rescue” against plastic pollution in the sea, through a paneling under the spectators' stand with holes for throwing PET bottles and customized containers.

LYRECO event

Design and organization of the Lyreco corporate event, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, which included our testimony on the sustainability project KISS Misano.

“Metti in moto il riciclo”

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign “Metti in moto il riciclo” to raise awareness for the correct recycling of materials, in collaboration with the Hera Group and the National Italian Consortia CiAl, Corepla, CoReVe and Ricrea on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit.

PET bottles collection – COREPLA

Design and organization of the ad-hoc awareness campaign on the correct sorting and recycling of plastic packaging, in collaboration with Corepla and with an eco-compactor to encourage people recycling PET plastic bottles and reward the most virtuous spectators with recycled plastic eco-gadgets.

Waste cooking oil collection

Organization of the collection and recovery of waste cooking oil at the team hospitality and refreshment points, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit, in order to produce biofuel.

Avoided emissions calculation

Measurement of avoided CO2 emissions due to: better waste differentiation, use of renewable energy sources and better management of movement of personnel and materials at various events at European level.

Responsible forest management – FSC

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council® Italia) to sensitize spectators on the correct collection of paper and the origin of cellulose from responsibly managed forests.

VISCOLUBE event

Design and organization of the Viscolube corporate event, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, which included our testimony on the sustainability project KISS Misano.

Every can counts - CiAL

Planning and organization of the first initiative in Italy for the implementation of the European campaign “Every Can Counts – Every Can Values”, in collaboration with the National Consortium CiAL to raise the awareness of the spectators on the correct recycling of aluminum cans and the infinite recycling of aluminum itself, with the help of a traveling crew with backpacks carrying cans.

Emissions compensation

Measurement of the carbon footprint of a series of events and compensation of non-zero emissions by means of a planting operation.

Coffee funds collection

Organization of the collection of waste coffee funds from the team hospitality and refreshment points, during the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit, then transformed by a social cooperative into compost to grow edible mushrooms and produce coffee cups.

Disability on track

Coordination of a reception and assistance service for people with disabilities in collaboration with the association “Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII”, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

Circular economy and waste sorting – Spectors

Design and organization of a program to raise spectators' awareness on the theme of the circular economy and the importance of waste sorting from the perspective of the circular economy during the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit.

PET bottles collection – DUCATI PRAMAC

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign for the Ducati Pramac team, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, for the correct recycling of PET plastic bottles together with the two testimonial drivers (Bagnaia Pecco and Miller Jack).

TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES event

Design and organization of the Toyota Financial Services corporate event with strong sales and dealerships, at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The activities included: the design and activation of a dedicated web platform, some commercial workshops, the competition with motorcycle simulators and various other activities at the hotel and circuit.

SKY - Ocean rescue

Design and organization of a second ad-hoc campaign to spread SKY’s initiative “Ocean Rescue” against plastic pollution in the sea, through some information stations with incentive eco-compactors to reward the virtuous gesture of conferring PET bottles.

Stop water waste - BERNER

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign for Berner to raise awareness of the need to limit water waste.

Alluminium cans collection - RED BULL

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign for Red Bull, the well-known brand of energy drinks, in order to promote the correct sorting of aluminum cans by placing a “voting bin” near the point of sale, with the “Green Riders”, a traveling crew inside and outside the circuit, equipped with a backpack and two pedal-assisted vehicles, collecting about 25,000 cans.

BRENNTAG event

Design and organization of the Brenntag event at Ducati in Borgo Panigale with workshops, presentation of new products, visit and lunch at the Ducati Museum and guided tour of the production lines.

Circular economy and waste sorting – Operators

Design and organization of an information and training program for operators, teams and hospitality managers for the correct waste sorting in order to increase the amount of waste to be recycled, at various events in Italy and the rest of Europe.

HP event

Design and organization of the HP event, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at Mugello Circuit, which also included the design of an ad-hoc contest linked to the launch of a new product with construction and operating characteristics with low environmental impact.

Paper collection - NEXIVE

Design and organization of an ad-hoc campaign for Nexive in order to raise awareness about the correct sorting of paper and the responsible management of forests certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council® Italia), through gaming for spectators.

Economic impact

Design of the model for calculating and measuring the economic and employment impact generated in the territory hosting a series of marketing events in Europe.

Suppliers and supplies

Contribution to define the sustainability criteria to be included in some calls for tenders for the provision of catering services and for the design of hospitality for events.

Training

Design and delivery of training courses related to sustainable development and sustainable management of processes to employees of different event organizers and event locations.

Communication

Design of digital and physical communication tools, including content preparation, in order to inform guests, customers, suppliers, teams, media, circuits and community about the sustainability projects of certain events.

Water common good

Organization for the placement of an “Urban Source” for the supply of free drinking water in order to reduce the quantity of PET plastic bottles, in collaboration with the Hera Group.

Charity sale

Organization for the sale of a limited edition t-shirt “58” designed by Aldo Drudi, the graphic designer of Valentino Rossi’s famous helmets, whose proceeds went to the “Fondazione Marco Simoncelli”, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

Disability on track

Design and organization of a special and exciting “Supportive Pit Walk”, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit, dedicated exclusively to some local non-profit organizations, that assist people with disabilities, to walk the Pit Lane, visit the team garages and meet drivers and team managers.

Suppliers

Involvement of the relevant suppliers of materials and services for the organization of different events, in order to evaluate their commitment to the sustainable management of their production and logistics processes.

Stop food waste

Planning and organization of an awareness campaign against food waste and coordination of the collection of food surpluses, in collaboration with Banco Alimentare, during the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and Mugello Circuit.

Charity auction

Organization of the charity auction to raise funds for the earthquake victims of Emilia Romagna with goods donated by several teams and riders, including Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

Performance report

Design and implementation of the annual sustainability report for different events, event organizers and event locations.

Glass collection - COREVE

Design and organization of the ad-hoc campaign “Bottiglia e vasetto per un riciclo perfetto”, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at Mugello Circuit, to raise awareness about the correct sorting and recycling of glass packaging in collaboration with the Italian National Consortium CoReVe.

PET bottles collection – COREPLA

Design and organization of the ad-hoc campaign “Recycle your bottle and win!” with the use of an incentive eco compactor to promote the recycling of PET plastic bottles by rewarding the most virtuous spectators, in collaboration with the Italian National Consortium Corepla.

Waste sorting - Spectators

Massive distribution to spectators, on the occasion of the Grand Prix of motorcycling at Mugello Circuit, of a special kit (bags and instructions) for the waste sorting with the aim of raising awareness against the phenomenon of littering and the abandonment of waste in the lawns of the circuit.
